RE:CollectionsMae Making Sense CIO wedi bod yn ymchwilio i, ymgynghori ynghylch, datblygu a llunio casgliadau hel atgofion newydd ar ran a gyda Gwasanaeth Llyfrgelloedd ac Archifau Conwy ers 2018.
Lluniwyd tri chasgliad newydd wedi’u seilio ar y 60au, y 70au a’r 80au, wedi’u hanelu at bobl sy’n byw gyda dementia wedi dechrau’n ifanc.
